तदु श्रेष्ठं सवनं सुनोतनात्यो न हस्तयतो अद्रिः सोतरि । विदद्ध्यर्यो अभिभूति पौंस्यं महो राये चित्तरुते यदर्वतः ॥

Transliteration

tád u śréṣṭhaṃ sávanaṃ sunotanā́tyo na hástayato ádriḥ sótari | vidád dhy àryó abhíbhūti paúṃsyaṃ mahó rāyé cit tarute yád árvataḥ ||

Translation

Preßt jenes beste Trankopfer aus: wie ein Roß in der Hand treibe es der Stein (adri) hervor, o Presser. Denn der Ārya findet die sieghafte Manneskraft; er überragt selbst großen Reichtum, wenn der Antrieb (arvat) recht eingespannt ist. So löse unser Pressen die höchste Kraft, die über bloßes Besitzen hinausgeht.
