Sukta 10.75
दिवि स्वनो यतते भूम्योपर्यनन्तं शुष्ममुदियर्ति भानुना । अभ्रादिव प्र स्तनयन्ति वृष्टयः सिन्धुर्यदेति वृषभो न रोरुवत् ॥
diví svanáḥ yatate bhū́myo úpary anantáṃ śúṣmam úd iyarti bhā́nunā | abhrā́d iva prá stanayanti vṛ́ṣṭayaḥ síndhur yád éti vṛṣabhó na rórūvat ||
Am Himmel spannt sich der Klang, und über der Erde steigt er empor; mit seinem Glanz richtet er endlose Kraft auf. Wie aus einer Wolke die Regen donnernd hervorbrechen, wenn Sindhu dahingeht — brüllend wie ein Stier, und die große Macht schreitet voran.
