Sukta 10.51
एहि मनुर्देवयुर्यज्ञकामोऽरंकृत्या तमसि क्षेष्यग्ने । सुगान्पथः कृणुहि देवयानान्वह हव्यानि सुमनस्यमानः ॥
éhi mánur devayúr yajñákāmo ’raṃkṛtyā́ tám̐asi kṣeṣy agne | su-gā́n patháḥ kṛṇuhi deva-yānā́n váha havyā́ni su-manasyámānaḥ ||
Komm her, o Agni: Manu, der götterfromme, opferbegierige, hat dir im Dunkel die Stätte bereitet. Mach die Wege leicht begehbar — die götterführenden Wege — und trage die Opfergaben, wohlgesinnt dem rechten Sinn des Beters.
