उपो रथेषु पृषतीरयुग्ध्वं प्रष्टिर्वहति रोहितः । आ वो यामाय पृथिवी चिदश्रोदबीभयन्त मानुषाः ॥
Transliteration
upó ratheṣu pṛ́ṣatīr ayugdhvaṃ práṣṭir vahati róhitaḥ | ā́ vo yā́māya pṛthivī́ cid aśrod ábībhayanta mā́nuṣāḥ ||
Translation
Ihr habt die Scheckigen (pṛṣatī) an eure Wagen angespannt; der Rötliche trägt die Deichsel. Bei eurem Kommen, auf eurem Zug, hat selbst die Erde es vernommen – und die Menschen erbebten in ihrem Menschsein.
