हिरण्यपाणिमूतये सवितारमुप ह्वये । स चेत्ता देवता पदम् ॥
Transliteration
híraṇyapāṇim ūtáye savitā́ram úpa hvaye | sá cettā́ devátā padám ||
Translation
Zur Hilfe rufe ich Savitṛ herbei, den Goldhändigen: er ist der wissende, wache Erkenner, der den göttlichen Schritt (pada) setzt; er richtet in uns den rechten Stand der Gottheit auf.
