Sukta 1.179
ये चिद्धि पूर्व ऋतसाप आसन्त्साकं देवेभिरवदन्नृतानि । ते चिदवासुर्नह्यन्तमापुः समू नु पत्नीर्वृषभिर्जगम्युः ॥
yé cíd dhi pū́rve ṛtasā́pa āsan sā́kaṃ devébhiḥ ávadan ṛtā́ni | té cíd ávāsur náhy ántam ā́puḥ sam ū́ nú patnī́r vṛ́ṣabhīr jagamyuḥ ||
Selbst jene von einst, die Gefährten des Ṛta waren, die zusammen mit den Göttern die Rhythmen des Wirklichen aussprachen — auch sie gingen dahin und erreichten nicht das Ende. Und doch kommen nun die Gemahlinnen wieder zusammen mit den mächtigen Stieren.
