आ नस्ते गन्तु मत्सरो वृषा मदो वरेण्यः । सहावाँ इन्द्र सानसिः पृतनाषाळमर्त्यः ॥

ā́ nas te gantu matsaró vṛ́ṣā mádo váreṇyaḥ | sahávāṃ indra sānásīḥ pṛtanāṣā́ḷ amártyaḥ ||

আমাদের কাছে আসুক তোমার বৃষভসদৃশ মৎসর, তোমার বরণীয় মদ (দিব্য উন্মাদ)। হে ইন্দ্র! তুমি সহাবান্, সানসি (লাভজয়ী), পৃতনাষাড় (যুদ্ধবিধ্বংসী), অমর্ত্য—আমাদের জন্য বিজয় স্থির কর।
