Transliteration

ṣaṣṭhyaṣṭamī hy amāvāsyā tūbhayatra caturdaśī || maithunaṃ nābhiseveta dvādaśyāṃ ca tathā priye

Translation

在第六与第八月日（tithi）、在阿摩婆娑日（新月日），以及在两半月（上弦与下弦）中的第十四日，都不应行男女交合；同样在第十二日亦然，亲爱的。
