माया वां मित्रावरुणा दिवि श्रिता सूर्यो ज्योतिश्चरति चित्रमायुधम् । तमभ्रेण वृष्ट्या गूहथो दिवि पर्जन्य द्रप्सा मधुमन्त ईरते ॥
Transliteration
māyā́ vāṃ mitrāvaruṇā diví śritā́ sū́ryo jyótiś carati citrám ā́yudham | tám abhreṇa vṛṣṭyā́ gūhatho diví párjanya drapsā́ mádhu-manta īrate ||
Translation
密特罗与伐楼那啊，你们的幻力（māyā）安置于天界；太阳以光明运行，成为奇妙的武器。你们以云与雨在天上遮蔽他；于是帕尔迦尼亚（Parjanya）的甘滴奔涌而出，含蜜而行。
