véṣi hí adhvarīyatā́m upa-vaktā́ jánānām | havyā́ ca mā́nuṣāṇām ||

Translation

因为你确实寻觅并就位，作诸行祭事者之近诵者（upavaktṛ）；又为人类之供献而发声——使言辞化为有效的奉献。
