अस्मे इन्द्रो वरुणो मित्रो अर्यमा द्युम्नं यच्छन्तु महि शर्म सप्रथः । अवध्रं ज्योतिरदितेॠतावृधो देवस्य श्लोकं सवितुर्मनामहे ॥
asmé índro váruṇo mitró aryamā dyumnáṃ yacchantu máhi śárma sa-práthaḥ | avádhraṃ jyótir ádite ṛtā-vṛ́dho devásya ślókáṃ savitúr manāmahe ||
Nguyện trong chúng ta, Indra, Varuṇa, Mitra và Aryaman thiết lập uy lực rực sáng cùng sự chở che lớn lao, lan rộng. Chúng ta ước giữ lấy Ánh Sáng không đứt đoạn của Aditi—của những bậc làm tăng trưởng ṛta (chân lý và trật tự vũ trụ). Và chúng ta chiêm niệm Lời/tiếng thơm thần thánh của Savitṛ, đấng đánh thức tâm trí hướng về Chân Thật.
