अग्ने दिवो अर्णमच्छा जिगास्यच्छा देवाँ ऊचिषे धिष्ण्या ये । या रोचने परस्तात्सूर्यस्य याश्चावस्तादुपतिष्ठन्त आपः ॥

Transliteration

agné divó arṇám ácchā jigāsy ácchā devā́m̐ ūciṣe dhíṣṇyā yé | yā́ rocáne parástāt sū́ryasya yā́ś cāvástād upatíṣṭhanta ā́paḥ ||

Translation

Hỡi Agni, Ngài tìm đến dòng lũ của trời (arṇá); Ngài cất lời gọi các thần, những bậc là chỗ ngự của quyền năng (dhíṣṇya). Nguyện các dòng nước đứng trong cõi sáng (rocana) ở bên kia Mặt Trời, và các dòng nước đứng ở phía dưới, nâng đỡ trong chúng con sự thăng và giáng của ánh sáng.
