mayā caiva purā sṛṣṭaṃ prajārthena vasundhare | māse māse tu gantavyam ṛtukāle vyavasthitam ||

Translation

اے وسندھرا، اولاد (پرجا) کی خاطر یہ قاعدہ میں نے قدیم زمانے میں قائم کیا تھا۔ پھر موسمِ مناسب کے لیے جو مقرر ہے، اس کے مطابق مہینے بہ مہینے آگے بڑھنا چاہیے۔
