Transliteration
nṛ́bhir yemā́no haryató ví-cakṣaṇo rājā́ deváḥ samudríyaḥ ||
Translation
Measured and guided by the human powers, luminous in his motion, the discerning divine King becomes oceanic—vast in being and vision.
