उरुं यज्ञाय चक्रथुरु लोकं जनयन्ता सूर्यमुषासमग्निम् । दासस्य चिद्वृषशिप्रस्य माया जघ्नथुर्नरा पृतनाज्येषु ॥
urúṃ yajñā́ya cakrathur u lokáṃ janáyantā sū́ryam uṣā́sam agním | dā́sasya cid vṛṣaśiprásya māyā́ jaghnáthur narā pṛtanā́jyeṣu ||
Wide for the sacrifice you two made the world, bringing to birth the Sun, the Dawn, and the Fire. Even the deceits of the Dāsa, of the bull-lipped one, you two heroes struck down in the battles that press upon us.
