य इमा विश्वा जातान्याश्रावयति श्लोकेन । प्र च सुवाति सविता ॥
Transliteration
yá imā́ víśvā jātā́ny āśrāváyati ślókena | prá ca suvā́ti savitā́ ||
Translation
He who makes all these births and becomings heard by the inspired word, and who impels them forward into manifestation—Savitṛ.
