Sukta 10.71
उत त्वः पश्यन्न ददर्श वाचमुत त्वः शृण्वन्न शृणोत्येनाम् । उतो त्वस्मै तन्वं वि सस्रे जायेव पत्य उशती सुवासाः ॥
utá tvaḥ páśyanná dadarśa vā́cam utá tvaḥ śṛṇvánná śṛṇoty enām | utó tvasmái tanvàm ví sasre jāyéva pátya uśatī́ suvā́sāḥ ||
اور ایک، دیکھتے ہوئے بھی بولی کو نہیں دیکھتا؛ اور ایک، سنتے ہوئے بھی اسے سچ مچ نہیں سنتا۔ لیکن دوسرے کے لیے وہ اپنا جسم کھولتی ہے, جیسے بیوی، آرزومند اور سنواری ہوئی، اپنے شوہر کے لیے۔
