यो अध्वरेषु शंतम ऋतावा होता तमू नमोभिरा कृणुध्वम् । अग्निर्यद्वेर्मर्ताय देवान्त्स चा बोधाति मनसा यजाति ॥
yo adhvaréṣu śáṃtama ṛtā́vā hótā tám ū́ námo bhir ā́ kṛṇudhvam | agnír yád vér mártāya devā́ntsá cā bódhāti mánasā yajāti ||
وہ جو قربانی کے سفر میں سب سے زیادہ امن دینے والا ہے، جو حق کو تھامے ہوئے پجاری ہے، اسے تعظیم کے ساتھ اپنا بنا لو۔ جب اگنی واقعی فانی انسان کے لیے دیوتاؤں کو چنتا اور جیت لیتا ہے، تو وہ شعور میں بیدار بھی ہوتا ہے اور دل سے قربانی کرتا ہے۔
