सर्वथा कुशलं सूत दुर्लभं मम बन्दुषु।।2.71.31।।
तथाह्यसति सम्मोहे हृदयं सीदतीव मे।
sarvathā kuśalaṃ sūta durlabhaṃ mama bandhuṣu |
tathā hy asati sammohe hṛdayaṃ sīdatīva me || 2.71.31 ||
اے سوت! میرے بندھوؤں کے بارے میں مجھے کہیں سے بھی خیریت کی خبر میسر نہیں؛ اس فریب انگیز بے یقینی میں میرا دل گویا ڈوبتا چلا جاتا ہے۔
I do not see anywhere, O charioteer the well-being, of my kinsmen. Hence I feel deluded and my heart is filled with grief.
