یہ مختصر شفا بخش منتر بیماری کو ایک کائناتی استحکام کے فارمولے کے ذریعے اپنی جگہ قائم کر کے روکتا ہے: جس طرح آسمان، زمین، متحرک جہان اور کھڑے درخت مضبوط کھڑے ہیں، اسی طرح روگ کو حکم دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ ٹھہر جائے اور گھومنے پھرنے سے باز آئے۔ پھر یہ لاتعداد علاجوں کی طاقت کو ایک اعلی بھیشج میں مرکز کرتا ہے، اور آخر میں ایک مخصوص دوا (وشانکا) کو ردر اور امرت سے جوڑ کر پاکتہ بناتا ہے، خاص طور پر وات سے پیدا ہونے والی بیماریوں کے لیے۔

रोगनाशनम्। अस्था॒द् द्यौरस्था॑त् पृथि॒व्यस्था॒द् विश्व॑मि॒दं जग॑त्। अस्थु॑र्वृ॒क्षा ऊ॒र्ध्वस्व॑प्ना॒स्तिष्ठा॒द् रोगो॑ अ॒यं तव॑
آسمان جم گیا، زمین جم گئی، اور یہ ساری متحرک دنیا جم گئی؛ درخت کھڑے ہو گئے، اپنی چوٹیوں کو اوپر اٹھائے ہوئے سو رہے ہیں: اس طرح تیری یہ بیماری بھی جم جائے۔

श॒तं या भे॑ष॒जानि॑ ते स॒हस्रं॒ संग॑तानि च । श्रेष्ठ॑मास्रावभेष॒जं वसि॑ष्ठं रोग॒नाश॑नम्
تیرے لیے سیکڑوں دوائیں ہیں، اور ہزاروں بھی، ایک میں جمع؛ بہترین دوائی رطوبت کے لیے، سب سے عمدہ، بیماریوں کا ناش کرنے والی۔

रु॒द्रस्य॒ मूत्र॑मस्य॒मृत॑स्य॒ नाभिः॑ । वि॒षा॒ण॒का नाम॒ वा अ॑सि पितॄ॒णां मूला॒दुत्थि॑ता वातीकृत॒नाश॑नी
تو ردر کا پیشاب ہے، امرت کی نابی۔ تیرا نام 'وشانکا' ہے - پتاؤں کی جڑ سے اٹھی ہوئی - ہوا سے پیدا ہونے والی بیماریوں کی ناش کرنے والی۔
To stop disease from “moving about” in the body by commanding it to stand still, and to empower a concentrated remedy that checks flux and vāta-type disorders.
It uses cosmic stability as a binding model: as the universe stands fixed in order, the disease is ordered to become fixed and powerless rather than roaming and harming.
It is the name of a specific bheṣaja (remedy), treated as a potent root-based medicine/amulet and sacralized as Rudra’s essence and connected to amṛta, especially for vāta-caused conditions.
