ये॒३धस्ता॒ज्जुह्व॑ति जातवेदो ध्रु॒वाया॑ दि॒शोऽभिदास॑न्त्य॒स्मान्। भूमि॑मृ॒त्वा ते परा॑ञ्चो व्यथन्तां प्र॒त्यगे॑नान् प्रतिस॒रेण॑ हन्मि
yé adhástāj juhváti jātávedo dhrúvāyā diśó ’bhidā́santy asmā́n | bhū́mim ṛtvā́ té parā́ñco vyathantāṃ pratyagé́nān pratisaréṇa hanmi
Whoso from beneath maketh offering, O Jātavedas,—the steadfast regions assail us: taking Earth for the effective stay, let them, turned away, be shaken; with the returning counter-force, with the Pratisara, I smite them down.
جو نیچے سے ہوما کرتا ہے، اے جات ویدس, استوار دشائیں ہم پر حملہ کرتی ہیں: زمین کو اثرور رکھ کر، وہ پیٹھ پھیر کر کانپ جائیں؛ لوٹتے ہوئے جوابی طاقت سے، پرتیسر سے میں انہیں مار گراتا ہوں۔
