Sukta 9.86
पवस्व सोम क्रतुविन्न उक्थ्योऽव्यो वारे परि धाव मधु प्रियम् । जहि विश्वान्रक्षस इन्दो अत्रिणो बृहद्वदेम विदथे सुवीराः ॥
páv asva soma kratuvínna ukthyó ’avyó vā́re pári dhāva mádhu priyám | jahí viśvā́n rákṣasa indo atríṇo bṛhád vadema vidáth e su-vī́rāḥ ||
Magdalalisay ka, O Soma, na nakakaalam ng kalooban; karapat-dapat sa himno, tumakbo ka sa palibot ng made-lana na salaan ng iyong minamahal na tamis. Patayin mo ang lahat ng kumakain ng kadiliman, O Indu, ang mga mapanirang kapangyarihan; magsalita kami ng Malaki sa pagtitipon, na pinatibay ng matatagang panloob na lakas.
