Sukta 9.86
त्वं समुद्रो असि विश्ववित्कवे तवेमाः पञ्च प्रदिशो विधर्मणि । त्वं द्यां च पृथिवीं चाति जभ्रिषे तव ज्योतींषि पवमान सूर्यः ॥
tváṃ samudró asi viśvá-vit kavé tavémāḥ páñca pra-díśo ví-dharmaṇi | tváṃ dyā́ṃ ca pṛthivī́ṃ cā́ti jabhriṣe táva jyótīṃṣi pavamāna sū́ryaḥ ||
Thou art the ocean, O all-knowing Seer; thine are the five directions in the wide law. Thou hast borne beyond both heaven and earth; thy lights, O Pavamāna, are the Sun.
