Sukta 9.86
अव्ये पुनानं परि वार ऊर्मिणा हरिं नवन्ते अभि सप्त धेनवः । अपामुपस्थे अध्यायवः कविमृतस्य योना महिषा अहेषत ॥
ávyé punānáṃ pári vā́ra ū́rmiṇā hárim navante abhí saptá dhénavaḥ | apā́m upásthe ádhy ā́yavaḥ kavím ṛtásya yónā mahiṣā́ aheṣata ||
Purifying in the sheep’s wool, surrounded by the wave in the enclosing sieve, the seven milch-cows bow to the tawny one. In the lap of the waters the advancing powers have set the seer in place—the great ones have cried out toward the womb of the Truth (ṛta).
