Transliteration
hántā vṛtráṃ dakṣiṇénéndraḥ purū́ puru-hūtáḥ | mahā́n mahī́bʰiḥ śácībʰiḥ ||
Translation
Si Indra, na madalas tawagin, ay pumapatay kay Vṛtra ng kapangyarihan ng kanang kamay; dakila siya ng kanyang mga makapangyarihang mabisang enerhiya - sa pamamagitan nito ay kanyang itinatag ang tagumpay ng Katotohanan sa nagtatakip.
