Sukta 2.10
उत्तानायामजनयन्त्सुषूतं भुवदग्निः पुरुपेशासु गर्भः । शिरिणायां चिदक्तुना महोभिरपरीवृतो वसति प्रचेताः ॥
uttānā́yām ajanayan suṣū́taṃ bhúvad agníḥ puru-péśāsu gárbhaḥ | śíriṇāyāṃ cid aktúnā máhobhir áparīvṛto vasati prá-cetāḥ ||
Sa nakaunat na niluwal ang mabuting ipinanganak: si Agni ay naging sanggol sa maraming anyo. Kahit sa matigas na lupa, sa gabi at sa mga dakilang kapangyarihan, ang may malay ay nananahan, na walang takip at gising sa landas.
