ताम्रकुम्भमयेनैव कुर्यात्स्नपनमुत्तमम् ॥ एवं तु स्नपनं कृत्वा विधिदृष्टेन कर्मणा ॥

พึงประกอบพิธีสฺนาปนะ (อาบน้ำพิธี) อันประเสริฐด้วยหม้อน้ำทองแดงเท่านั้น ครั้นทำสฺนาปนะแล้วตามกรรมที่วิดิ (ข้อบัญญัติ) กำหนด ก็พึงดำเนินพิธีต่อไป
