येषा॑म॒ध्येति॑ प्र॒वस॒न् येषु॑ सौमन॒सो ब॒हुः । गृ॒हानुप॑ ह्वयामहे॒ ते नो॑ जानन्त्वाय॒तः

yéṣām ádhyeti pravásan yéṣu saumanasó bahúḥ | gṛhā́n úpa hvayāmahe té no jānantu āyatáḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Those houses wherein the traveller yet pursues his sacred study, wherein goodwill is abundant—those houses we call hitherward: may they acknowledge us as we approach.

เรือนใดที่ผู้เดินทางยังคงประพฤติพรหมจรรย์ (brahmacarya) และศึกษาธรรมอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์อยู่ เรือนใดที่ไมตรีจิตมีมาก—เราขอเรียกเรือนเหล่านั้นให้มาทางนี้: ขอให้เรือนเหล่านั้นรู้จักเราเมื่อเราย่างเข้าไปใกล้
