गौः। आयं गौः पृश्नि॑रक्रमी॒दस॑दन्मा॒तरं॑ पु॒रः । पि॒तरं॑ च प्र॒यन्त्स्वः
โค—โคตัวนี้คือ Pṛśni (ปฤศนี) ผู้มีลายด่าง ได้ก้าวออกมาแล้ว; นางได้นั่งอยู่เบื้องหน้าพร้อมกับมารดา; และพร้อมกับบิดาด้วย กำลังมุ่งหน้าไปสู่สวรรค์.

अ॒न्तश्च॑रति रोच॒ना अ॒स्य प्रा॒णाद॑पान॒तः । व्यऽख्यन्महि॒षः स्वः
ภายในเขา แดนสว่างไสวทั้งหลายเคลื่อนไหวเวียนไป; จาก prāṇa (ปราณ—ลมหายใจ/พลังชีวิต) และจาก apāna (อปาน—ลมหายใจที่ไหลลง). ผู้ทรงฤทธิ์ยิ่ง—สวรรค์ (svah)—ปรากฏให้เห็นอย่างแจ่มชัด ถูกเผยให้ประจักษ์.

त्रिं॒शद् धामा॒ वि रा॑जति॒ वाक् प॑त॒ङ्गो अ॑शिश्रियत्। प्रति॒ वस्तो॒रह॒र्द्युभिः॑
