Sukta 19
उद्ध॑र्षन्तां मघव॒न् वाजि॑ना॒न्युद् वी॒राणां॒ जय॑तामेतु॒ घोषः॑ । पृथ॒ग् घोषा॑ उलु॒लयः॑ केतु॒मन्त॒ उदी॑रताम्। दे॒वा इन्द्र॑ज्येष्ठा म॒रुतो॑ यन्तु॒ सेन॑या
úd-dharṣantāṁ maghavan vā́jināny úd vīrā́ṇāṁ jáyatām etu ghóṣaḥ | pṛthág ghóṣā ululáyaḥ ketúmanta úd-ī́ratām | devā́ índra-jyeṣṭhā marúto yantu sénayā ||
Be roused, O Maghavan, the winning powers; let forth the shout of conquering heroes go. Let separate cries, the ululations bannered, be lifted up; let the Gods, Indra-chief, the Maruts, march along with the host.
จงตื่นเร้าเถิด โอ้มฆวาน (Maghavan, อินทรา)! ขอให้พลังอันนำชัยถูกปลุกให้ลุกขึ้น; ขอให้เสียงโห่ร้องของวีรชนผู้พิชิตดังออกไป. ขอให้เสียงร้องแยกกัน และเสียงอุลุละยะ (ululaya, โห่ยาว/โห่ก้อง) อันมีเครื่องหมายดุจธง ถูกชูขึ้นสูง. ขอให้เหล่าเทพ—มีอินทราเป็นประมุข—พร้อมด้วยมรุต (Marut) ยาตรากับกองทัพ.
