शरीरप्रकृतिश्रुतवृत्तिजनपदानां शरीरोपवादे काणखञ्जादिभिः सत्ये त्रिपणो दण्डः मिथ्योपवादे षट्पणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०३.१८.०२ ॥
śarīraprakṛtiśrutavṛttijanapadānāṃ śarīropavāde kāṇakhañjādibhiḥ satye tripaṇo daṇḍaḥ mithyopavāde ṣaṭpaṇo daṇḍaḥ
การใส่ร้ายที่พาดพิงถึงร่างกาย ธรรมชาติ ความรู้/ชื่อเสียง (ศฺรุตะ) อาชีพ/ความประพฤติ (วฤตติ) หรือถิ่นฐานของบุคคล—โดยใช้คำอย่าง ‘ตาเดียว’, ‘ขาเป๋’ เป็นต้น—หากข้อกล่าวหาเป็นจริง ปรับสามปณะ; หากเป็นการใส่ร้ายเท็จ ปรับหกปณะ
