parajanasya pūrva-madhyama-uttama-vadhā daṇḍāḥ kretṛ-śrotṛ-ṛṇāṃ ca

Translation

การค้าขายเกี่ยวกับบุคคลของผู้อื่น (ปรชนะ) มีโทษเป็นลำดับชั้น: เบื้องต้น กลาง และสูงสุด; และความรับผิดยังครอบคลุมถึงผู้ซื้อ ผู้ที่ ‘รับฟัง/ให้ความยินยอม’ (คนกลาง/ผู้อนุมัติ) และเจ้าหนี้ด้วย
