तत्र तप्याम्यहं देवि देवानामपि कारणात्। न मां कश्चिद्विजानाति स्वात्मानो हि विजानते॥

ఓ దేవీ! అక్కడ నేను దేవతల కార్యసాధనార్థముగాను తపస్సు చేస్తాను. నన్నెవ్వరూ గుర్తించరు; తమ స్వాత్మస్వరూపాన్ని తెలిసినవారే (నన్ను) తెలుసుకుంటారు.
