वेदानां सामवेदोऽसि साङ्गोपाङ्गो महाव्रतः॥ गर्जनं वर्षणं चासि त्वं वेधा अनृतानृते

వేదములలో నీవే సామవేదము, అంగోపాంగములతో మహావ్రతస్వరూపము. నీవే గర్జనము, నీవే వర్షణము; నీవే విధాత—సత్యమూ అసత్యమూ (నియమించువాడు).
