त्वं नो अग्ने महोभिः पाहि विश्वस्या अरातेः । उत द्विषो मर्त्यस्य ॥
Transliteration
tváṃ no agne mahóbhíḥ pāhí víśvasyā arā́teḥ | utá dvíṣo mártyasya ||
Translation
హే అగ్నీ! నీ మహాశక్తులతో మమ్మల్ని సమస్త ‘అరాతి’ (అభావం/అనిష్టం) నుండి కాపాడు; అలాగే మర్త్యుని ద్వేషం నుండీ రక్షించు.
