उग्रं युयुज्म पृतनासु सासहिमृणकातिमदाभ्यम् । वेदा भृमं चित्सनिता रथीतमो वाजिनं यमिदू नशत् ॥

Transliteration

ugráṃ yuyujma pṛ́tanāsu sāsahím ṛṇá-kātim ádābhyam | védā bhṛmáṃ cít sánitā rathī́-tamo vā́jinaṃ yám íd ū́ṃ naśat ||

Translation

యుద్ధాలలో మేము ఉగ్ర శక్తిని యోక చేస్తాము—అజేయుడు, జయశీలుడు, అదాభ్యుడు; ఋణ-బంధనాన్ని కోసివేసేవాడు. తిరుగుల గందరగోళాన్నికూడా అతడు తెలుసుకొని, అయినా గెలుస్తాడు; రథికులలో శ్రేష్ఠుడైన ఆ వాజిన్‌కు నిజంగా బలసంపద యొక్క పరిపూర్ణత లభిస్తుంది.
