Sukta 8.35
श्येनाविव पतथो हव्यदातये सोमं सुतं महिषेवाव गच्छथः । सजोषसा उषसा सूर्येण च त्रिर्वर्तिर्यातमश्विना ॥
śyenā́v iva patatho havya-dā́taye sómaṃ sutáṃ mahiṣévaáva gacchathaḥ | sajóṣasā uṣásā sū́ryeṇa ca trír-vartír yātam aśvinā ||
రెండు శ్యేన పక్షులవలె మీరు హవిని అర్పించుటకై ఎగిరి పోతారు; రెండు మహిషులవలె పిండిన సోమానికి సమీపమై చేరుతారు. ఉషస్సు మరియు సూర్యునితో ఏకమనస్సుతో, హే అశ్వినౌ, మీ మార్గపు త్రివర్తి (మూడుసార్లు మలుపు తిరిగే) గమనంతో మా వద్దకు రండి.
