Transliteration

āyantā́raṃ máhi sthiráṃ pṛ́tanāsu śrávo-jitam | bhū́rer ī́śānam ójasā ||

Translation

మహానైన, స్థిరమైన, ముందుకు సాగు నాయకుని స్తుతించండి—యుద్ధాలలో ‘శ్రవ’ (యశస్సు) జేత; తన ఓజస్సుతో అపార సమృద్ధికి ఈశానుడు.
