वीतिहोत्रा कृतद्वसू दशस्यन्तामृताय कम् । समूधो रोमशं हतो देवेषु कृणुतो दुवः ॥
Transliteration
vīti-hótrā kṛtádvasū daśasyántā amṛtā́ya kám | sám ū́dhaḥ romaśáṃ ható devéṣu kṛṇuto dúvaḥ ||
Translation
సునేతృత్వముగల హోత్రక్రియలతో యుక్తులారా, సుకృత వసు (ధన)సంపన్నులారా! అమృతత్వానికి నడిపించే ఆనందాన్ని స్తుతిస్తూ—ఫలప్రదమైన పాలు-ఉదరాన్ని సక్రమం చేసి, రోమశ (ముళ్లతో కూడిన) అడ్డంకిని కూలదోసి—దేవుల మధ్య ప్రభావవంతమైన సేవ (దువః) ను సిద్ధం చేయండి.
