Sukta 8.3
इन्द्रो मह्ना रोदसी पप्रथच्छव इन्द्रः सूर्यमरोचयत् । इन्द्रे ह विश्वा भुवनानि येमिर इन्द्रे सुवानास इन्दवः ॥
índro mahnā́ rodasī paprathác cháva índraḥ sū́ryam arocayat | índre ha víśvā bhúvanāni yemire índre suvānā́sa índavaḥ ||
ఇంద్రుడు తన మహత్త్వంతో, తన శౌర్య-బలంతో, రెండు లోకాలను విస్తరించాడు; ఇంద్రుడు సూర్యుని ప్రకాశింపజేశాడు. ఇంద్రునిలోనే సమస్త భువనాలు తమ యథోచిత ఆధారాన్ని పొందుతాయి; ఇంద్రునిలోనే పిండిన (సువాన) సోమధారలు ప్రవహిస్తాయి.
