आ यदश्वान्वनन्वतः श्रद्धयाहं रथे रुहम् । उत वामस्य वसुनश्चिकेतति यो अस्ति याद्वः पशुः ॥
Transliteration
ā́ yád aśvā́n vanánvataḥ śraddháyāháṃ ráthe rúham | utá vā́masya vásunaś ciketati yó ásti yā́dvaḥ paśúḥ ||
Translation
విజయమిచ్చే అశ్వములు సమీపమునకు తెచ్చబడినప్పుడు, శ్రద్ధతో నేను రథమున అధిరోహిస్తాను. అలాగే నేను వాంఛనీయ వసువును గ్రహిస్తాను—మనదైన ఆ జీవంత ధనం, ఆ పశు-సంపద; అది అంతరంగ స్వాస్థ్యముగా తన మార్గమును తెలిసినది.
