Sukta 7.88
प्र शुन्ध्युवं वरुणाय प्रेष्ठां मतिं वसिष्ठ मीळ्हुषे भरस्व । य ईमर्वाञ्चं करते यजत्रं सहस्रामघं वृषणं बृहन्तम् ॥
prá śundhyúvam váruṇāya préṣṭhāṃ matíṃ vasiṣṭha mīḷhúṣe bharasva | yá īm arvā́ñcaṃ kárate yájatraṃ sahásrāmaghaṃ vṛ́ṣaṇaṃ bṛhántam ||
ఓ వసిష్ఠా, వరుణునికై—ఆ కృపాళు దాతకై—అత్యంత ప్రియమైన, శుద్ధమైన మతి (భావం/చింతన)ను ముందుకు తెమ్ము. అతడే యజ్ఞబలాన్ని మన వైపు తిప్పుతాడు; అతడు యజత్ర (పూజ్యుడు)—సహస్రసంపదలతో, వృషభ (బలవంతుడు), బృహంత (విరాటుడు).
