Sukta 7.83
सं भूम्या अन्ता ध्वसिरा अदृक्षतेन्द्रावरुणा दिवि घोष आरुहत् । अस्थुर्जनानामुप मामरातयोऽर्वागवसा हवनश्रुता गतम् ॥
sáṃ bhū́myā antā́ dhvasirā́ adṛkṣaténdrāvaruṇā diví ghóṣa ā́ruhat | ásthur jánānām úpa mā́m arātayo 'rvā́g ávasā havana-śrutā́ gátam ||
భూమి అంచులు అన్నీ కలిసి కంపించినట్లు అనిపించింది; హే ఇంద్ర–వరుణులారా, ఆ ఘోష దివి వరకు ఎగసింది. జనుల మధ్య నుండే అమరాతయః (శత్రు-బలాలు) నా మీదికి లేచాయి; హే హవనశ్రుతా (ఆహ్వానాన్ని వినేవారూ), సమీపం నుండే మీ అవసా (సహాయం)తో మా వైపు రండి—అంతరంగ భూమిని మళ్లీ స్థిరపరచే రక్షణను తీసుకురండి.
