Sukta 7.54
वास्तोष्पते प्रति जानीह्यस्मान्त्स्वावेशो अनमीवो भवा नः । यत्त्वेमहे प्रति तन्नो जुषस्व शं नो भव द्विपदे शं चतुष्पदे ॥
vā́stoḥ pate práti jānīhy asmā́n svā́veśo anamī́vo bhavā naḥ | yát tvēmáhe práti tán no juṣasva śáṃ no bhava dvípade śáṃ cátuṣpade ||
హే వాస్తోష్పతి, మమ్మల్ని గమనించుము; మాకు శుభప్రవేశం (స్వావేశ)గా ఉండి, అనమీవ (రోగరహిత) రక్షకుడవై ఉండుము. మేము నిన్ను కోరేదాన్ని స్వీకరించుము; మా ద్విపదులకు శాంతి కలుగుగాక, మా చతుష్పదులకు కూడా శాంతి కలుగుగాక.
