Sukta 7.41
प्रातर्जितं भगमुग्रं हुवेम वयं पुत्रमदितेर्यो विधर्ता । आध्रश्चिद्यं मन्यमानस्तुरश्चिद्राजा चिद्यं भगं भक्षीत्याह ॥
prā́tarjitaṃ bhágam ugráṃ huvema vayáṃ putrám aditéryo vidhartā́ | ā́dhraś cid yáṃ manyámānas turáś cid rājā́ cid yáṃ bhágaṃ bhakṣī́ty ā́ha ||
ప్రాతఃకాలంలో మేము ఉగ్రుడైన, ‘ప్రాతర్జిత్’ (ఉషస్సు-విజేత) అయిన భగుణ్ణి హ్వానిస్తాము—అదితి పుత్రుడు, లోకాలను ధారించువాడు. అతనిని మనసులో తలచే దరిద్రుడైనా, బలవంతుడైనా, రాజైనా—ఆ భగుని గురించి: “నేను భాగం పొందుదును; నేను భుజించుదును” అని అంటాడు. అలాగే మేము కూడా ఆనందం, వృద్ధి కలిగించే ఆ ధర్మ్య భాగాన్ని అనుభవిద్దాం.
