Sukta 7.38
अनु तन्नो जास्पतिर्मंसीष्ट रत्नं देवस्य सवितुरियानः । भगमुग्रोऽवसे जोहवीति भगमनुग्रो अध याति रत्नम् ॥
ánu tán no jā́spátir maṃsīṣṭa rátnam devásya savitúr iyānáḥ | bhágam ugró ’váse jóhavīti bhágam anúgro ádha yāti rátnam ||
ఆ (ఋత-గతి) ప్రకారం, సవితృ దేవుని మార్గంలో ముందుకు సాగుతూ జాస్పతి మా కోసం రత్న-ధనాన్ని రూపుదిద్దుగాక. ఉగ్రుడు మా రక్షణకై భగను పిలుస్తాడు; అనుగ్రహవంతుడైన భగుడు వచ్చినపుడు, నిజంగా రత్నం చేరుతుంది.
