Sukta 6.44
इदं त्यत्पात्रमिन्द्रपानमिन्द्रस्य प्रियममृतमपायि । मत्सद्यथा सौमनसाय देवं व्यस्मद्द्वेषो युयवद्व्यंहः ॥
idáṃ tyát pā́tram indra-pā́nam índrasya priyám amṛ́tam apāyi | mátsad yáthā saumanasā́ya deváṃ vy àsmád dveṣó yuyávad vy à́ṃhaḥ ||
ఇది—ఇంద్రపానార్థమైన పాత్రము—ఇంద్రునికి ప్రియమైన అమృతము; ఇది పానమయ్యింది. దేవుని పట్ల సౌమనస్యము (ప్రసన్నమనస్సు) కలుగునట్లు ఇది ఆయనను మత్తెక్కించుగాక; మరియు మా నుండి ద్వేషాన్ని తొలగించుగాక, దుఃఖాన్ని, అంహస్ (పాపం/కలుషం) ను కూడా తొలగించుగాక.
