ऋधद्यस्ते सुदानवे धिया मर्तः शशमते । ऊती ष बृहतो दिवो द्विषो अंहो न तरति ॥
Transliteration
ṛ́dhad yás te sudā́nave dhiyā́ mártaḥ śáśamate | ūtī́ ṣá bṛható divó dvíṣo áṃho ná tarati ||
Translation
ఓ సుదానవ (ఉదార దాతా), ధియా (బుద్ధి-భావం) మరియు సేవచేత నిన్ను ఆశ్రయించి ఎదిగే మర్త్యుడు అధిపత్యాన్ని పొందుతాడు. ఉన్నత దివ యొక్క విస్తారమైన ఊతి (రక్షా-సహాయం) వలన, ద్విష్ (శత్రువు) తెచ్చదలచిన అంహస్ (కష్టం) లోనికి అతడు ప్రవేశించడు.
