Sukta 6.10
पीपाय स श्रवसा मर्त्येषु यो अग्नये ददाश विप्र उक्थैः । चित्राभिस्तमूतिभिश्चित्रशोचिर्व्रजस्य साता गोमतो दधाति ॥
pīpā́ya sá śrávasā mártyeṣu yó agnáye dadā́śa vípra ukthaíḥ | citrā́bhis tám ūtíbhis citrá-śocir vrajásya sātā́ gó-mato dadhāti ||
మర్త్యులలో ఆయన శ్రవస్ (యశః-ప్రభ)తో వృద్ధి చెందుతాడు—ఉక్థముల ద్వారా అగ్నికి దానమిచ్చే ఆ విప్రునికి. చిత్రశోచి (అనేక జ్వాలల) అయిన ఆయన, తన చిత్ర (వివిధ) ఊతులచే, అతనికై గోమత్ వ్రజస్య సాతా—అంటే ప్రకాశకిరణాల/జ్ఞాన-సమృద్ధి యొక్క విజయప్రాప్తి—స్థాపిస్తాడు.
