Sukta 5.29
अध क्रत्वा मघवन्तुभ्यं देवा अनु विश्वे अददुः सोमपेयम् । यत्सूर्यस्य हरितः पतन्तीः पुरः सतीरुपरा एतशे कः ॥
adha kratvā maghavantubhyam devā anu viśve adaduḥ soma-peyam | yat sūryasya haritaḥ patantīḥ puraḥ satīr uparā etaśe kaḥ ||
అప్పుడు, ఓ మఘవన్ (ఇంద్రా), నీ క్రతు—సంకల్పశక్తి, సామర్థ్యం—వలన సమస్త దేవతలు సమ్మతించి నీకు సోమపేయం (సోమపానం) ప్రసాదించారు. సూర్యుని హరిత అశ్వాలు ముందుగా, పైకి ఎగిరిపోతున్నప్పుడు—ఆ కాంతి యొక్క ఆ వేగవంతమైన గమనాన్ని ఎవరు అందుకోగలరు?
